Why Did Apple Buy Beats?

Back in May 2014 Apple announced they would be buying a company called Beats Electronics for three billion dollars. Making it the most expensive acquisition Apple has ever made. Let's consider three reasons why Apple bought Beats, and whether or not the three billion dollar purchase has paid off. So why did Apple acquired Beats? Well, the answer is something we don’t even need to speculate about, since Eddy Cue, an Apple executive, provided three reasons himself. The first being talent. Beats Electronics was founded by two of the most powerful and influential figures in the music industry: Jimmy Iovine who co-founded Interscope records back in the nineties, which has since become one of the most successful labels in the world. And Dr. Dre, one of the most iconic rappers in history that’s also achieved success as a record producer and audio engineer. So when these two forces joined together to create Beats Electronics in 2006, it wasn’t too surprising that the company quickly b

What is Robotics? How It Can Replace Humans?

Robotics, as the name suggests, is the science and study of robots. The term robot comes from the Czech word ‘Robota’ meaning ‘forced labour’ which was coined by Karel Capek in 1921. Robots, as by what comes first to the mind, are man-made computerised machines which performs tasks on human commands or by themselves and seek to make work easier for human beings. A robot is an integrated system made up of sensors, manipulators, control systems, power supplies and a software, which work co-dependently in order to perform a task. The study of robot therefore requires a multidisplinary approach which includes subjects like science, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, mathematics, computing as well as biology, chemistry and medicine may also be involved.  Making of robots has never been an easy task and not all machines can be classified as robots. There are certain characteristics that makes a machine to be called as a robot. Those charact

Internet Of Things Explained

It's amazing how the extraordinary can become the every day. We can turn off our lights from anywhere in the world using our smart phone. Driverless cars are just around the corner. We're living in the future, one we thought was lifetimes away. It's part of a new revolution. The internet of thing. IOT is any physical object that you connect to the Internet. IOT is where physical systems and the information systems collide. What IOT means to me Is intelligence smart devices that bring the risks and threats that we've always seen in the industrial and digital control system space, into the lives of real people. Our fridges can remind us what to pick up at the store. Doctors can check on patient's status from the other side of the world. Cities can monitor everything from trash cans to buses. The potential is seemingly endless. The advantages of the IOT and the data that it produces are going to be enormous, from a personal health issue, to the physical reliability o

What Is The Best Cloud Gaming Service In 2020

Let's see which is the best cloud gaming services for 2020. 2019 was the year of cloud gaming with Google Stadia bringing the tech into the mainstream. Now that the launch dust has settled we're here to give you three options that you can try right now. Instead we found three services that support a large library of games, offer basically great performance and come essentially with a long list of features to boot. We're going to cover the basics of each service and I've linked up all providers down below so make sure to check them out when you're done watching the video.First up we have Shadow which is one of the most recognizable cloud gaming services around, offering top tier hardware at a fraction of the cost,Shadow stands above the pack with excellent performance and a large library of games. Although it's a littl

What! An AI Made All These Faces

Let's talk about glorious tale of AI-based human face generation and showcase an absolutely unbelievable new paper in this area. You may be surprised, but this thing is not recent at all. This is 4 year old news! Insanity. Later, researchers turned this whole problem around, and performed something that was previously thought to be impossible. They started using these networks to generate photorealistic images from a written text description. We could create new bird species by specifying that it should have orange legs and a short yellow bill. Then, researchers at NVIDIA recognized and addressed two shortcomings: one was that the images were not that detailed, and two, even though we could input text, we couldn’t exert too much artistic control over the results. In came StyleGAN to the rescue, which was then able to perform both of these difficult tasks really well. Furthermore, there are some features that are highly localized as we exert control over these images, you can see

iPhone 12: What does the rumors say?

We have just entered into the second half of 2020 and we are expecting a lot more major releases in just the tech world in general. We saw a lot of minor stuff in the first half but just in the smartphone world Pixel 5 is probably coming along with maybe Pixel 4A, Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Fold 2, Asus ROG Phone 3, Oneplus Nord and iPhone 12 just to name a few. So in this article let's talk about what I'm hoping for based on what we think we know about iPhone 12 and what I have here, which are the classic mid year dummy models of the iPhone that come out that sort of ideally hopefully represent something like what we're going to see in the final version in September. So the theme of blanket over everything we see here is iPad Pro. A lot of changes and improvements and additions were expecting and hoping to see in this next iPhone are kind of already in the iPad Pro one of my favorite gadgets in long time. But first thing you will notice about this iPhone

How To Use Instagram Reels by "COPYCAT" Facebook?

Let's talk about Instagram reels. So last year in 2019 Instagram released a feature called Reels, which is an Instagram story feature and it's basically copying Tik-Tok as we all know, Facebook copies every single other social media platform that works. And because Instagram is owned by Facebook, they have copied Tik-Tok format and they've added it to Instagram stories as a feature. And as of today not only is it available in India, but it's also available in Brazil, France and Germany. And because I'm lucky enough to be in India. I'm going to be showing you exactly how this works. I've just been playing around with it for maybe an hour. First of all if you are used to Tik-Tok or if you've even been on Tik-Tok before, you'll know how to use Reels. It's very straightforward. Especially if you use Tik-Tok before you'll notice is pretty much identical. So if I go on to Explore tab, you will see at the top there's a big Square here, whic
